I have been wanting to make a vegan version of whipped feta for a long time. When I was finally able to get my hands on Mö’s oat based feta, I had to test it. It is a great product, it crumbles well and has a delicious tangy flavour. Best of all it worked perfectly when whipped! Whipped feta and whipped ricotta having seem to be fashionable at the moment. I love how easy they are to make and how they serve as an almost blank canvas for a whole variety of flavours. I topped mine with spicy harissa, mint, pistachios and extra lemon zest.
Whipped Vegan Feta
1 x block Mö kreikkalainen
80 g vegan cream cheese
Zest of 1/2 lemon, plus extra for serving
Olive oil
Salt and pepper

Add the feta, cream cheese, lemon zest and a good glug of olive oil to a food processor.
Blend until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve as it is or top with your desired delicious flavours
This sounds and looks amazing! I don’t have access to the vegan feta you used but must try to find something similar. Thanks for the inspiration!

Yes I think at the moment this is a Finland only product. Hopefully another brand will work the same. Mö’s one is really good and has a nice tangy flavour so worked perfectly
